Customer Feedback

As many of you probably know the retail FX space is full of people looking to make a quick buck out of naive 'newbie' traders. According to FX trading 'folklore' the failure rate for traders is above 95%.

This indicates that retail FX traders have pretty short trading careers which may explain why there is so much agressive marketing by various Black box "get rich quick" vendors. Arguably they are trying to grab the money while it's in the market!

FX Algotrader is coming up to it's first anniversary and our customer base whilst still small is beginning to take shape. Interestingly a good proportion of our customers are experienced traders who actually make money trading.

This is great news as it means most of our customers will stay 'in the game' and as their experience grows they help to provide feedback for future product development. Quite a few product enhancements have been driven from the customer base and this is exactly how we want to continue developing the business.

Good products get better and better due to feedback and suggestions from the customer base. We feel this is how software companies should develop their products.
